8 week block (Sep and Oct)
A mixed level class for all abilities - this class is a mix of dynamic breath centered movement incorporating both mobility and strength. The purpose to slow down, release tension and find balance both mentally and physically. The ultimate aim of yoga is to be able to build focus to sit still comfortably and be in the moment.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class. Class starts exactly at 7pm. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Note: We have a large toilet that can be used as a changing room. There are spare yoga mats for use if you do not have your own.
