A deeply nourishing treat for yourself. We all find it hard to relax. This mini retreat will slowly bring you a place where you can let go and relax using techniques such as restorative yoga postures, breathing techniques and yoga nidra meditation. You will be fully supported throughout the practice to allow your nervous system to reboot and reset. Melting away layers of tension and stress from the body and mind.

Booking is essential. Payment required in advance to hold your place. Full refund with 48 hours notice. After this period, a refund is offered if your space is filled.
