Hatha Yoga
Reset your nervous system: A somatic approach which means beginning gently with breath and slow, mindful movement. Moving into a more physical practice, holding poses for longer with breath to move deeper into your body. All followed by a lovely rest and relaxation in savasana.
Due to low numbers during the summer period, July will run week to week on a drop in basis and no classes during August.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class. Class starts exactly at 7pm.

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
Note: We have a large toilet that can be used as a changing room. There are spare yoga mats for use if you do not have your own.
