Hatha Flow Yoga with Sarah-Jane
This class is a little more dynamic or active than a Hatha class. It is a blend of dynamic breath centered flow movement, functional movement and traditional yoga. Incorporating mobility, body awareness, stretching and strengthening. All within the students limits.
Learn to slow down, release stress and find ease both mentally and physically.
You do not have to be super bendy or calm to do yoga. It is a practice to help us control the 'monkey mind' over time and become aware of our body and our inner Self.
Mixed level class suitable for all abilities and beginners.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class. Class starts exactly at 7pm.

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
Note: We have a large toilet that can be used as a changing room. There are spare yoga mats for use if you do not have your own.
